These Terms of Use apply to the Tha Drop Radio website and mobile apps. By creating an account or posting community content, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The station may stream music with explicit lyrics and is intended for listeners age 17 and older. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and compliance with applicable law.

Song requests, display names, music submissions, and messages must not be abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, illegal, spam, or infringing. Do not impersonate another person, expose private information, evade moderation, or interfere with the service.

Only submit music and other material that you own or have permission to share. You keep ownership of your content and give Tha Drop Radio a limited permission to receive, review, display, and use it only to operate and promote the service or consider it for airplay.

Listeners can report request content and report or block another member from the request feed. Blocking hides that member’s requests from the reporting listener. You can also report a concern to info@thadropradio.com.

Tha Drop Radio may review reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these rules or create risk for listeners or the service. We aim to act on urgent safety reports promptly, but we do not guarantee that every item will be reviewed or removed.

Keep your login secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may delete your account in the app or use our account-deletion page. Deletion is permanent and removes the account and associated community data, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or completed financial records.

The live schedule, track information, events, links, and stream availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Ticketing, social, payment, and other external sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Tha Drop Radio branding, app design, and original station content belong to Tha Drop Radio or its licensors. These terms do not give you permission to copy, resell, or misuse them.

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Tha Drop Radio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date on this page, and material changes may be announced in the app or on the website.
